How to Order

Steps

• Sign in or create a customer account.
• Browse the Shop and open a product to view its details and authenticity QR code.
• Choose the quantity or variant, then add it to your cart.
• In your cart, select the items to buy and apply an available shop voucher if you have one.
• At checkout, confirm your delivery address and review the shipping fee.
• Choose a payment method and place your order.
• Track your order in My Order until it is delivered, then confirm that you received it.

Payment methods

• Card, GCash, or Maya through PayMongo.
• Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Credit Balance, when your balance covers the full amount due.

After delivery

You can rate and review the product, request an invoice, and request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery if there is a problem with your item.
