Rules that every LIKHANGDOSE seller follows to keep the marketplace trusted.
Products
- List only authentic indigenous products that passed LEDIPO authentication.
- Use accurate names, photos, prices, and descriptions.
- Keep your stock updated so customers do not order unavailable items.
Orders
- Prepare and ship orders promptly and update the order status.
- Add the courier and tracking number when the order is shipped.
- Send the receipt to the customer after delivery.
Customers
- Reply to customer messages and product questions respectfully.
- Review return and refund requests fairly within the return period.
- Honor the vouchers and coupons your shop has issued.
