Terms and Conditions
By using LIKHANGDOSE, you agree to the following terms.
Accounts
- Provide accurate information when you register.
- Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Orders and payments
- Prices, vouchers, and shipping fees are shown before you place an order.
- Online payments are processed through PayMongo. COD orders are paid upon delivery.
- Orders that are not paid may be cancelled.
Returns and refunds
- Return or refund requests can be made within 7 days after delivery.
- Approved refunds are added to your Credit Balance or returned to your original online payment, as decided by the seller.
Sellers
- Sellers must complete DTI verification, LEDIPO authentication, and LGU compliance before selling.
- LIKHANGDOSE may suspend shops or products that break these terms.
